Adrian T. Cortez, 38, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Broward Health Imperial Point.

Ms. Cortez was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to Perry A. and Deborah A. (Waguespack) Cortez, Sr.

She was predeceased by her mother: Deborah A.(Waguespack), a brother: Christopher J. Breaux,  her Step-Mother: Fabby Cortez, her Grandfather: Edgar J. Cortez Jr., her GrandMother: Dorothy Arbo; her Grandfather: Clarence Waguespack;her Surrogate Grandmother: Vivian Roland

She is survived by her father: Perry A. Cortez Sr., Raceland, LA, her brothers: Perry A. Cortez Jr., Kraemer, LA, and Edgar J. Cortez, Raceland, LA,, her Grandmother: Mable U. Cortez, Kraemer, LA; her great friend:Gary Levine, Ft Lauderdale, FL.

A Celebration of Life will be held Monday Dec 19th 2016 8:30pm at First Lutheran Church ELCA, 441 NE 3rd Ave, Ft Lauderdale, Florida 33301.
