William Randall Holloway, 74, a resident of Fort Lauderdale, loving husband of 19 years to Jodi Lynn Holloway, father to Kristin and Jason, died peacefully at home January 8, 2019, after a courageous fight against cancer.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Merry Edith Cutlip and J. Harold Holloway and by his brother Jack Hamer "Skipp" Holloway.
Randy is survived by his wife: Jodi Lynn Holloway, two children: Kristin and Jason, and his sisters, Lorinda "Jill" Holloway and D'Lorah Ann "Dolli" Holloway.
Randy was the owner of a very successful national company, Holloway Sportswear.
He lived life to the fullest. He had an affinity for aviation and was an avid pilot. He loved everything to do with the ocean- fishing, diving, snorkeling, yachting and watching the sunrise and set on the horizon. Randy was passionate about traveling whether near or far, and one of his favorite places to vacation was on Harbour Island, in the Bahamas. He enjoyed golfing, skiing, biking, (when not getting hurt) and especially loved his daily walks, on the beach or in Birch State park with his dog Bogart, and his wife. Randy's favorite time was any time spent with his wife, friends and family. All who were blessed to have known Randy know that his generosity knew no bounds. He also loved movies, his favorite was Waking Ned Devine. Please watch it in honor of Randy.
Randy wanted his ashes spread at Pink Sand Beach, in Harbour Island, Bahamas, which will be done at a later date.
In Lieu of flowers, please feel free to make a donation to Friends of Birch State Park, where a bench will be placed in his honor.
