Irma Luz (Cora Diaz) Miranda

Irma Luz Cora Diaz Miranda, 85, of Coral Springs, Florida passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at University Hospital and Medical Center, Tamarac, Florida.

Mrs. Miranda was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Jose Cora and Herminia Diaz.

She spent her last working years as the Director of Housing and Development for the U.S. Government in Miami, Florida.

She is survived by her children: Nayda Ramos, Huelva, Spain, Carlos Smith Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Irma Smith Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Eric and Roxanne Smith Coral Springs, Florida and Heidi Miranda Miami, Florida. She has also been blessed with 9 grand children and 17 great grand children.

There will be a visitation on Thurday, January 7, 2016 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 3999 North Dixie Highway, Oakland Park, Florida 33334.

Graveside services will be held Friday, January 8, 2016 - 11:00 AM at Hollywood Memorial Gardens North, 3001 N. 72nd Street, Hollywood, FL 33024.
