Jay Tracy Carter, 49, of Deerfield Beach, Florida passed away at his home Saturday, October 6, 2012.
Mr. Carter was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Walter and Katherine Carter.
He was predeceased by his father, Walter and his Step-Father, Albert Mohr.
He is survived by his mother: Katherine "Winnie" Mohr, and his grand parents: William and Kaye Crist. He was a lovely person and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
