Mr. Dixon was born in Miami, Florida to Harold and Catherine Dixon.

He spent his career in retail sales.

He is survived by five brothers: Michael Dixon, Sunrise, Florida, Alfred Dixon, Lake Worth FloridaWalter Dixon Hollywood Florida, Christopher dixon Miramar, Florida, and Edwin Dixon, Plantation, Florida and one sister: Donna Dixon Plantation, Florida.
