Lillian Scuncio Obituary

 

Lillian Scuncio, 89, resident of Plantation, Florida, passed away Friday, May 10, 2013.
 
Lil was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Lil and her husband John enjoyed a life filled with love, family, friends, and music over their 75 years together.
 
Lil played the piano her entire life with the greatest passion. Lil performed as the lead member of Lil and the Beach Combers and they were regulars at both the Hollywood Beach Band Shell and Century Village. Lil loved sharing her gift of music and love of life with everyone fortunate enough to know her. Lil's heart, spirit and soul will forever be a part of all those lucky people she so lovingly welcomed with open arms . Lil's family was her heart's truest treasure and she will be missed and loved by all those she touched.
 
Lil was predeceased by her son Joseph and survived by her most devoted husband John Scuncio and her son John "Jack" Scuncio she is also survived by her granddaughters Tina Iacuele, Dianna Scuncio, Amanda Scuncio, her grandsons Eric Scuncio, Jack Scuncio, Jimmy Scuncio, Rusty Scuncio and her great grandaughters' Emily Iacuele, Sophia Scuncio, Katlin Scuncio and Alyssa Scuncio.
 
Lil's passing brings tears to our eyes and sadness to our hearts but you have to believe Lil would tell us to "Think to ourselves what a wonderful world............."
