Lois Mostow, 69, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida passed away Saturday, December 7, 2013 at her home.
Mrs. Mostow was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada to Andrew and Ann Diak.
She was a homemaker and a widow.
Lois was a vibrant, caring person who always took up the cause for the underdog. First, for her son Josh Michael, then for her youngest of 3 sons Zachary, she was always there to fight the good fight for whoever needed her help.
She touched ever so many lives everywhere she went & did so with grace, pride and a zest for life that everyone was refreshed by.
She is survived by her 3 sons: Paul, Canada; Josh Michael Valance – Melbourne, Florida and Zachary DeBuono – Moore Haven, Florida; also in Canada, Mother – Ann Prodanyk; Brother – Pastor Nicholas Diak & Family, and several grandchildren/nieces/great nephews & nieces.
There will also be a memorial service this coming Saturday at 12 noon, in Lantana, Florida at St. Herman of Alaska Orthodox Church, located at 7099 South Military Trail (just south of Hypoluxo Road on the west side of Military).
