Mary Catherine Schauseil, 86, of Miami passed away Sunday, May 5, 2013 at South Miami Hospital.
Mrs. Schauseil was born in Rochester, New York to Dominick and Lucy Lippa.
She was predeceased by her husband Richard J. Schauseil (2010) and her son: ThomasA. Schauseil (2008 and two sisters: Ursula and Patricia.
She was a Miami resident since 1959, developed Keyes Real Estate Company, RELO program and was the Director for over 20 years.
She is survived by her son: Richard J. Schauseil, Jr.; two daughters: Christine (Julio) Zambrano and Yvonne (Stephen) Schmergel; two brothers: Louis and John Lippa; brother-in-law: Thomas (Willyne) Schauseil, as well as grand children: Erica,Yvonne-Mary, Ava-Marie, Stephanie, Danielle, Victoria and Sean.
A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, May 14, 2013, 1:00 PM at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 1400 Miller Road, Miami, Florida 33146.
She will be laid to rest next to her husband in South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, Florida on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 1:45 PM.

The Miami Rescue Mission has been serving the Homeless and Needy of South Florida Since 1922. Mary always had her home open to any unexpected guest and an extra plate at her table for any uninvited guests.
