Mr. Paul Joseph Miller, 69, passed away Friday, May 7, 2021.
He was born in Brooklyn, New York to William Staunton Miller and Joan Ann McDonald Miller. Paul graduated from Jordan High School in Durham NC and attended UNC Chapel Hill.
He retired from a career programming mainframe computers in the airline industry. During his life he made a positive difference for many people in the various places he lived: Saugerties, NY; Parkwood in Durham County, NC; Kansas City, MO; Marietta, GA; Belford, NJ; and Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Paul was kind, generous, funny, and quick to lend a hand. He routinely volunteered building houses for Habitat for Humanity. He was very musical and played the piano beautifully by ear.
He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by five siblings: His identical twin Steve (Linda) Miller; Ellen (Joe) Reece; Ken (Catherine) Miller, Tom (Sharon) Miller; Beth Leith. Paul is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and loving cousins, especially Kathy Marden. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
