Stephen Tyler Jakobot, 29, of Boca Raton, Florida passed away Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Cleveland Clinic, Weston, Florida, following an automobile accident on Alligator Alley.
Mr. Jakobot was born in Culver City, California to David Alan Jakobot and Leslie Lee Keirstead.
He was an entreprenaur in the health and fitness industry. Jak as he was known by his friends was a yoga teacher and the founder of Swami Juice. He had started the business about a year ago along with his business and life partner, Kelly Koleos.
He was a graduate of Barron Collier High School, Naples, Florida where he played football before attending Florida State University.
He is survived by his life partner: Kelly Koleos, Boca Raton, FL, his father: David Jakobot, Fort Myers, FL and Breckenridge, TX, his mother: Leslie Kierstead, as well as two brothers in California, and an aunt, Susan Cash, North Port, Florida.
A Beachside Memorial Service is being planned by the local Yoga Community for Monday, June 3, 2013 (Jak's birthday).
