Thomas Patrick Smith, “Shark” 64, died on Monday, July 12, 2021. He departed peacefully while in hospice care after battling liver disease for several years.

Thomas was born into a wonderful family with two brothers and three sisters. He graduated from Hollywood Hills High School. Tom worked at Living Color Nursery most of his adult life. Tom never married.

Tom is survived by his sisters Jacquelyn Smith Robinson (Ben) of Corals Springs, FL. and Alicia Palmacci (Dennis) of Daytona, FL, uncle Dick Smith (Barbara) of Pembroke Pines, FL, nephews Douglas Smith of Columbia, SC, Chad Smith (Stacey) of Pembroke Pines, FL, Travis Smith (Linda) of Hollywood, FL, Nicholas Palmacci of Hollywood, FL, Craig Palmacci of Hollywood, FL, Nieces Kathy Burgess of Port St. Lucie, FL, Courtney Smith of Hollywood, FL. He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Henry and Delphine Dzuiblinski Smith, two brothers James T. Smith (2004), Joseph Smith (2018), a sister Christine Ward (2018) and nephew Bobby Burgess (1995)
