Thomas R. Winter, 72, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida passed away Saturday, October 12, 2013.
Mr. Winter was born in Cumberland, Maryland.
He was in Managment for Holland America Cruises.
He is survived by his long time partner: Chris Murrah, two brothers: John and Greg Winter.
