William Roger Vaughn, 74, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida - formerly from Miami, Florida - passed away on Friday, March 29th, 2024, after a short illness.
Roger was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in 1971, when he continued his civilian life as a mechanic, becoming a Master, ASE-certified technician. He loved riding his Harley motorcycle. He was a kind, generous and giving person who was always willing to help out his friends and neighbors.
Roger is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Janice (nee Fabian), his sister, Geraldine (Sue) Lloyd, her daughter, Kimberly (Mario) Fortier; his nephew James (Stephanie) Watson and their children; niece Kristi (Damon) Ricks and their children, and nephew Michael (Diana) Watson and their child.
Roger is predeceased by his parents, William C. and Lorene Vaughn, and his sister, Connie Watson.
