- Basic services of staff
- Transport from place of death in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach Counties to crematory
- No viewing of remains - we do not have a facility to permit viewing.
- Refrigeration (up to 10 days - $35 per day after 10 days, if family delays)
– No Dressing of remains (if dressing is desired, family should do it prior to our removal team coming.)
- Alternative container for human remains to be placed in the crematory chamber by State Law.
- Crematory fee
           (up to 300 lbs - NO ABILITY TO CREMATE PERSONS OVER 300 lbs.
- Medical examiner approval fee (if applicable)
- Filing of death notification with social security and related documents
- Free Online Obituary, Guest Book and Video Tribute on our website
- TSA Compliant Mailing/Travel Urn (Black Plastic with plastic bag containing  cremated remains) inside of outer white cardboard container. 
-Cremation Affidavit which would be required to put cremated remains in a cemetery or travel with them on an airplane

- Cremains and certified copies ready within 7 -10 business days 
(excluding week-ends & holidays) after receiving all necessary authorizations & permits.

- We do not encourage you to put CASH ADVANCE ITEMS: CERTIFIED COPIES, POSTAGE, ETC. in the Pre-Arranged Funeral Agreement BECAUSE the price of such items are NOT  GUARANTEED!

ANY UNPAID BALANCE OF PRE-ARRANGED FUNERAL AGREEMENT MUST BE

                         PAID-IN-FULL PRIOR TO CREMATION TAKING PLACE.

                 DISPOSITION OF CREMATED REMAINS NOT INCLUDED! 

We do not send certified copies unless Cremated Remains have been picked  up
or you have paid for shipping remains! You MUST have an appointment to pickup Cremated Remains and/or Certified Copies. We will provide Curbside pickup.

This plan is offered through American Prearrangement Services, Inc. (APASI) and Assist America, the plan provides complete repatriation services when an enrolled individual dies more than 100 miles away from their legal residence. These services include:
1. The removal of the deceased from the place of death.
2. Preparation, permits and authorizations.
3. Shipping Container.
4. Transportation from anywhere in the world, back to the jetport in the area of the deceased's legal residence.

If you have Cremation Pre-Arrangements, then the Cremation would be completed under our care and following our strict professional guidelines.
