The following services and merchandise are included in the total price listed.

Direct Cremation (Dade, Broward or Palm Beach Counties)

1. Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff:
2. Transfer of Deceased from place of death to crematory
3. Refrigeration (According to Florida law, all unembalmed bodies must be refrigerated 24 hours from death.)
4. Alternative Container 
5. Cremation fee 
6. Cremated remains returned in one of the following three ways which you choose:
     (1) Standard Basic Urn, or
     (2) Mailed within United States in Temporary Container suitable for Mailing or
     (3) Scattered at Sea at our convenience - a certificate of scattering will be sent to your next of kin.
7. Placement of obituary on our website obituary section with free guest book

To process your Direct Cremation Prearrangement Contract, you will need to complete the following steps:

By clicking the SUBMIT button below you will initiate a Prearrangement Contract with Funeral Services, Inc. (FSI),  our Preneed Trustee which will hold and protect your money until it is needed at passing in the future. The transfer to FSI usually takes less than 30 seconds.

In order to process the contract, you will be asked to enter relevant personal data. You will also be required to submit credit card data to finalize the contract. Data submitted is transmitted securely. Once submitted, however, your credit card will be charged immediately.
